5 high school teachers will attend two courses in the summer of 2023. The course "Digital tools to bring the 4cs into your classroom" is in Athens, Greece. Classes are divided into 30 hours over 6 days. The course is suitable for teachers who want to learn how to integrate the 4Cs: the four key competencies – creativity, critical thinking, communication and collaboration - into their lessons, and apply them in the classroom, especially through the use of the appropriate digital tools.The participants in this course will develop their own ideas, strategies, materials and lesson plans that effectively incorporate the use of digital tools to enhance the core competencies of their students. The training topics are: "Communication - how to promote communication through various activities, platforms and applications"; "Creativity - what it means, why it is important, how to encourage it"; "Critical thinking - a key step in the creative process, Strategies and tools to promote critical thinking in students'; "Collaboration - Online Tools to Promote Collaboration in the Classroom"; "Incorporating the 4Cs digital tools into the learning process". The second course "There Is an App for That! Exploring the Best Apps for Teaching and Student Learning" is in Florence, Italy. Thr participants will be introduced to some of the most popular and practical educational applications for teaching and student learning across a wide range of topics to integrate into the classroom as a tool to support learning. The training modules are: "Technology in the Classroom"; "Safe Use of Social Media"; "Turning lessons into interactive ones"; "Introducing Web Platforms and Applications"; "Game-Based Learning"; "Different ways of learning - apps for a different and comfortable way of learning". Participants will receive guidance on how to use mobile devices in their lessons to strengthen their leadership and self-confidence among students. The course participants will acquire skills on how to use ICT in the classroom, how to introduce web platforms and applications to make their lessons more fun and interactive. They will acquire kmowledge in using platforms based on quizzes and educational games. The courses end with a discussion on the acquired competencies and obtaining a certificate.

The courses were held in September 2023 in Athens and in Florence. The participants in the course "There Is an App for That! Exploring the Best Apps for Teaching and Student Learning" are Nedka Shopova and Dimitar Binev, teachers in vocational training and English language.

The participants in the course in Athens, Greece "Digital tools to bring the 4cs into your classroom" are three high school teachers: Veneta Terzieva and Silvia Dobreva - English teachers, and Evelina Gancheva - head teacher in the high school.
